Here is a weekend that is open for all cabins and the private beach,
See if it will work for anyone, you can let me know by the end of the year, if it works and enough want to do a get together I ell hold everything, if it don't I will release all so someone else can have the beach and cabins, we had a cancellation this year that's why it will be vacant next year.
I believe it is around the same time of the year our first get together was.
Something to think about

Think about Sept. 19-20-21-22, 2013 on weekend
All cabins are open and so is the private beach then since no one is in there this year. You have plenty time to think about it. Let me know by the end of this year, if so I will hold it if not I will let it go

That's a great idea, Sylvia.

It is so nice to have our Zim Family Forum friends up here with us. We had a great prime rib dinner last night and of course the crawdad stew Friday night.

If anyone is interested, we will most likely be here for the Christmas and New Years holiday's again this year. The maybe part is that Kevin has to ask for his vacation at that time. But, we already have made our reservation.

Count us in as well! You know the site number. At what point will you be looking for a "one day" deposit?

It would be great to have the use of the "private beach" as well....

Dawn not for a while we don't even have the book set up for aug to dec 2013 yet. I have not checked this year for rv sites yet will do that on Wed, I was mostly making sure the beach and the cabins were open,

I believe it is open to everyone - not limited only to the west coast or Zim pups. There is a large area for RV's and tent camping but a limited number of cabins.

Would love to go to this event. Have not traveled much in the last years, so will be a tentitive participant, and will keep an eye on the thread to see when a deposit is needed.
