We are planning a weekend 'looza May 18-20 in Mankato, MN. We will stay in a motel which has been very accommodating in the past and then will spend Saturday afternoon at "The Paw" - a very nice dog facility just down the road from the motel. (There is a charge for The Paw which we split among whoever is there.) We do need to hear from anyone who might be interested in attending as we need to let the motel know approximately how many rooms we will need (for either or both nights.) We have had good attendance at past 'loozas and sure would love to see those who have been there in the past and also new faces. The dogs have thoroughly enjoyed this weekend as it is all about them. Please let us know as soon if you might be coming - either here, a PM or Facebook.

We always have a ton of fun at these. I hope some new faces will attend this year. The more the merrier!

This does not have to be just Minnesota folks. We have had cocker lovers from California, Michigan, Iowa, and South Dakota who have come and had a great time. Please check your calendars - we would love to see you!

I would love to come. But, my new grandson should make his appearance that weekend. Of course, grandson #1 was six weeks early. Hopefully, since I now live a bit closer, Molly, Lexi and I will be able to make the trip next year.

Can cocker lovers come too? I currently am cockerless :( But would sure like to meet and greet.
Mankato is only 2 hrs away from my Aunt. My family homesteaded in Filmore County, Mn. I have wanting to go back for a visit. Minnesota in May is pretty if I remember right.

I have never been to one of these but may try to attend. How long do you usually stay? What all do you plan or do? Just wondering what to bring etc.
Sounds l like lots of fun and would love to meet you all.
I assume the motel is fine with dogs etc.

Unfortunately these cockers (and cocker lovers) won't be in Minnesota in May.

Mary and Ronda - I will get back to you. My computer went down so am using another one temporarily. Colleen, sorry you won't be here. One of these days I hope to get to meet you. Maybe a time up north this summer...

Wanted to get this up top once more in case anyone missed it and would still like to come - either the whole weekend or just drop in for a while. A few will be with us just for the time at The Paw. Ronda - we would love to see you even if you do not presently own a cocker. It will be in Mankato for sure (was a little iffy for a while). We have a good time, like to meet new friends, and hope all who can come will. Any questions, please PM me or email.
