Hi everyone, we just learned this evening that a friend of my 14yr old who was also 14, was shot and killed. His family needs lots of prayers, as does my family, this is very hard to fathom. Can't believe this happened here. Thank you all. The boys name was Jason Spurling, his moms name is Debbie Spurling. Many are affected by this senselessness.

Thank you everyone for thoughts and prayerS! The police are saying it seems to have been an accident. Apparently the boys found a gun, it was dropped and went off. Please pray for all the kids that were there and witnessed it, I am sure that it will be hard for them. Please pray for the boy that dropped the gun, his family also, they are in need of healing too. Thank you all again, you are all so kind and thoughtful, that is why enjoy getting on here :happy God bless you!

What a senseless tragedy.

My 19 year old son also recently lost a friend in a tragic accident. I felt and witnessed the heartbreak of his friends and family. My heart and prayers definitely go out to all involved.
