Took my shiny new camera to the zoo with me this weekend. I thought I would share some of my best pictures....I only say some because I took over 400 pictures in total! A fun day, but it was epicly hot out! Here are five and I will put more below.

You have a good eye. The shot of the pool at the Japenese garden is beautiful. Nice close-ups of the animals. Thanks for sharing.

It's an Olympus epl-1. It was on sale at best buy a couple of months ago and since my husband and I have never had a GOOD camera we decided to get it. I really like it. You can change the lenses on it but right now we only have the one it came with.

Thanks for all the positive comments. I really would like to be a wildlife photographer and this was my first crack at it. Luckily most of the animals were lounging around and I didn't have to deal with quick movement.
