Hello everyone,

We are about to add a springer spaniel to our family. We currently have 2 cocker spaniels and they are wonderful dogs. We are going to PA to meet the mom and dad and the puppies from the breeder this Saturday.

Any advice that you have would be greatly appreciate.

Lieu

We had a springer before our cockers and she was our love. We lost her at age 14 and it broke our hearts. We will never have another as I think we would always look for our Abby. We now love our cockers dearly also. I guess I don't have any advice - just in getting two cockers adjusted to a active puppy (and springers are active!). Good luck.

We had a springer with our last cocker. Stella loved to run, out the gate, across the fields, all day and all night. She didn't like being in the house at all. I finally sold her to someone who lived on the beach as this dog also loved to swim. She just wasn't happy being a family dog and having to be inside.
