In honor of the Olympics I thought this would be a fun question...

If your dog were a gymnast what would their favorite apparatus be..... and why.

Hands down Chessie's favorite would be the balance beam.

Ever since she was a puppy she loves to walk our curb. She will pull me on to the tree lawn so she's close enough and will walk the entire length.

Emma would perform floor exercises. That way, she's closer to the bugs that she loves to (try to) eat. She makes bug eating an Olympic sport. :gig :gig

What a fun idea!

Even though she is a girl, Jennie's would be the rings. She loves to play tugga with a wooly ring tied to an old raincoat belt.

Definitely the balance beam. Daisy has developed a passion for walking on anything narrow whether on the ground or up high. Currently her favourite thing is the back of park benches. The other day she ran along a narrow scaffold that a friend had up for painting her house. Dog is, two baths later, covered one side with white paint.

Kermit's would be the trampoline, since he LOVES to jump on things.

Jack Jack's would be the floor exercises, as he doesn't like to be off of terra firma.

Sylvie would rather be an official - exertion isn't really her thing.

Seeker would be with Kermit on the trampoline.

Opie would be a spectator. From home. In front of the TV.

Bentley would easily win the sleeping in strange positions event. I've never seen a more flexible (and lazy) dog! :wav

I don't have a gymnastics pooch in my house I have a swimmer. She lays on her side on the floor and does a sideways doggie paddle to swim in circles and sometimes all the way across the carpet!
