Aloha,

Josie and I are desperate to find a male Cocker-Spaniel pup located on any island of Hawaii. We recently lost ours from a battle with canine cancer. He was with us 24/7 since he was 3 months of age.

The loss of Pooky, our Cocker has been beyond words. I am 70 and he and I were together 24/7 from the time he was 3 months of age. Everywhere we went Pooky was with us. He taught us to laugh and love and play. He was a huge inspiration to both Josie and me.

We have a lot of love to give and hope to do it with a pup soon.

Look forward to hearing from anyone when you have time.

Mahalo

Oh Bob, I so wish I had a link to a puppy for you, but I'm afraid I don't. I just wanted to say that we all understand what you are going through and will be sending lots of positive thoughts your way (and a prayer or two) so that you find a new best friend in the near future.

I found my Jennie 2 weeks after I lost Honey. She has been the best thing that ever happened to me and I will hope the same for you.

Pomaika`i

Susan

I hope this will send you to places to look at your local dog shows.

If I were you I would call vets and dog trainers in your area. They are likely to know if cocker spaniels in the area. You can also look up cocker spaniel rescues to see if they have pups (or you might want you consider a slightly older dog).

If you can't find any, perhaps looking on the mainland especially in California could be an option.

Good luck with your search and I'm sorry for your loss.
