Hi All :hi I would like to let everyone know about a wonderful Veterinary Hospital in this area of Nevada. Job's Peak where Drs. MacCabe and Vandermay were absolutely wonderful to our Diva :th-up We are now at home in Oregon and Diva has been to see her new neurologist Dr. Kroll who is at the Northwest Vet. Specialist where Dr. Scherlie her ophthalmologist is located. Both were extremely pleased with the care that the Drs. at Job's Peak gave to Diva :joy and that they were able to discover the masticatory muscle myositis so quickly. Dr. Kroll is hopeful that the muscle loss is not to extreme and that it was caught in the early stages. Diva currently is now carrying her ball around :wow which we have not seen in a month. She is happy and playful -- and she is still a water and food hound, but Dr. Kroll has began the trim back on the predisone and hopefully there will be no problems. It will take several months, and she may have to be on a small maintance dose. We knew she was a fighter and a tough little girl :YAY and this has proved it to us. So, if you are in the area and need and excellant Hospital with a great staff and wonderful doctors I would recommend Job's Peak Veterinary Hospital for all our much loved furbabies.
