I contacted Ruben's Transportation today and talked to Ruben about his service to transport attendees from Hartford Airport (Bradley) to Sturbridge Super 8 Motel. His rate for a Lincoln Town Car for the one way trip is $105 plus a gratuity of 15-20%. His number is: 508-735-3679. His email address is ruben@rubenstransport.com
He requires no credit card to secure your reservation, just the details of your flight, i.e date, time, flight #, etc. If you are planning on sharing a ride with someone else arriving on the same day, then you can arrange with the other person and send Ruben the information on the person arriving last. Then, multiple people can share the cost of the limo.
I talked to him on the phone this morning and will be getting the details together because Sheila, Cathie and I are sharing a ride from Hartford to Sturbridge on Wednesday afternoon, July 20th.
You can also arrange the details of your return trip to Hartford if you wish.
