It is with a sad heart that I have to tell you that we had to put Cooper to
sleep on Dec. 8th. He had had stopped eating for three days so we took him
to the vet and she did blood work and his liver enzymes were high. So she
put him on an antibiotic for a week tested again and was still higher so we took
him to Bangor and had a ultrasound done but they could not see it really
good. This whole time he was eating only chicken & rice and not much of that
he was getting so skinny and weak.Thursday Dec.6 we took him back to Bangor
for a liver biopsy. By Saturday Dec8 he was so weak he could hardly stand
and we had no choice but to put him to sleep we tried as hard as we could.
The tests came back on the18th. This all happened in three weeks time. We
sure loved the little guy and miss him badly.

Cooper 3/20/2009 to 12/8/2012

Sincerely:
Charlie & Beth Sylvia

So sorry to hear of your loss. The loss of our fur babies is so painful. You can rest assured though that your little Cooper couldn't have gotten more love and caring than he did with your family. He's now cradled in the arms of the Lord's Angels and will be there to meet you at the rainbow bridge.

I'm so very sorry. It's always difficult, but especially so when they are young. Run free at The Bridge sweet Cooper.

I am so sorry for your loss and heartbreak. He was so young!!! Cooper was 2 weeks older than my girls....I can't even imagine your pain.

Did the test results you received on the 18th give you any answers?

So sorry to hear about the loss of Cooper. I've lost both young and old cockers, it is hard at any age.

Molly and I send you hugs from Colorado. :hp
