My dear, dear Jazzmine girl

My dear beautiful Jazzmine has gone to the rainbow bridge very early this morning (Sunday, 3/25). After suffering from kidney disease, Cushings disease and chronic pancreatitis, her little body could not take any more of the pain, so my husband and I knew it was time to let her have her peaceful sleep. She was such a very lovely buff cocker who instinctively knew how to hunt for birds and she was so silly and energetic and always brought nothing but joy and love to our lives. It is so terribly painful to not have her physically with me anymore, but I had to think of her and not myself. She was my very first cocker and I only had the joy of knowing her for 10 short years, which passed by far too quickly. It seems like just yesterday when we got her as a pup. She loved going fishing and camping with us and loved playing with her three cocker brothers who are also missing her presence so much. One thing is for sure....I know we will see her again one day and that is exactly what I whispered in her ear as she fell asleep for the last time in my loving arms. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we go through this most difficult time. Thank you, Lori from Milwaukee, WI

Lori, I'm so sorry for your loss. It is the hardest and biggest gift that we can give to these beautiful creatures to give them peace when they are too tired to go on.
Our hearts and prayers are with you. :paw
