I couldn't figure out how something that was just 3 crocheted rows could actually form a ball so I decided to make one. Wow - they sure take a LOT of yarn! But Gromit loves it so it was worth all the effort. :love

Yes, they take a lot of yarn. I have made lots of Brain Balls. I sell them for Cocker Rescue:

Becky, now that I know how much yarn they use and how long it takes to crochet each one, I can definitely say that this is an act of love on your part. :nw :nw

Is there a chance you can post the pattern or a link to it? I crochet (a lot!) and I have wanted to make something for my two 4-legged kids. Also Becky I know you said you sell them, I'm going to send you a PM about that. :th-up
