Bissell--the company that makes carpet cleaners and vacuums has come out with a line of pet stain/odor removing products that I highly recommend. It helped removed several stains in the berber carpeting in our extra bedroom that Nature's Miracle had failed to budge. The products are called Eeew!(stain remover) Crikey! (carpet spot cleaner) and Dang! (stain remover/odor remover) They are all available at PETCO.

Thank you for the recommendations. (Nature's Miracle was rather disappointing.)
