:hi Hi All,
This past weekend, Star came to not-always-sunny-Southern California :sad to do some agility. We’ll let her do her Friday brag :wnk . On Saturday Little-Ms.-Perfect Rosey earned her 22nd Double Q, and 19 MACH Points. On Sunday she earned 3 MACH points for her standard run (no video available). She now needs 180 MACH points for her title.
Rosey – Standard on Saturday http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SSwH4V_7lL0
Rosey – JWW on Saturday http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rpnpF9FZpWQ

I didn’t do very well on Saturday :roll, and we’ll skip the blooper videos that Aunt Sylvia took :sad .
But on Sunday I did better :th-up . I Q’d in JWW. In fact, I Q’d and earned 8 MACH points :Clap despite Mom almost wiping out next to the weave poles :OMY . We ran in the rain and mud! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3qXK1zT ... e=youtu.be
But then I called a butthead club meeting during standard and Mom took me off the course before the 3rd obstacle because I wasn't listening :tg . (Video censored!)

And for some laughs :ROFL , here is the Supreme Empress of the Universe, her royal highness Little-Miss-Perfect Rosey, NOT qualifying in jumpers and working her way through ankle deep mud. She drops a bar halfway through the course and Mom doesn’t make her finish the run :roll : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pL2KHPsIQ4E

Star will have her own report later, after she recovers from here cross-country agility adventure.

Hi Solo!

It was nice seeing you again as well as Big-Sis Rosey and Auntie Colleen. Rosey showed off as usual. It must be hard to live in the same house with someone so perfect. At least I don't have competition at home.

We went to California seeking warmth and sunshine but we found rain and mud. When my mom said that staying upright was her main goal I knew we were in trouble. I still had fun running.

Friday was my best day with a first place Q in JWW! :YAY After that I managed to drop a bar in everything else. Oh, my mom said that I had a horrendous Standard run just because I decided to get some extra credit and take a few extra obstacles. :dk I was still the fastest dog in our jump height even with the extra stuff I did. Sometimes I just can't seem to please my mom. :roll The Q in JWW kept her satisfied though.

Here is that video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3JOOFybFX0

The part I did not like was having to take a bath on Sunday night. My mom said that I could not fly with mud caked on me. I thought cake was good! :dk

We are looking forward to another trip to California when the weather is much better! However, the company made up for the lousy weather. :wnk

:hi Star,
It was very nice that you and your Mom came to California to run agility and visit us. Thanks for sharing the video of your 1st Place Open JWW run -- very impressive, especially in the mud.

We hope the next time you come to California for agility that the weather is nicer and/or we are running at a covered arena.

:cool Solo and Rosey

:hi My mom has been making me jump every day. Yesterday I dropped a bar so I think I got the idea of dropped bar = no treat. :roll

:wow That is an important break-thru. Who knew that dropping a little ol' bar was such a big deal :dk . As I think back (after all I am a LOT older than you), there was a time when I was about not quite 3 yrs old and I figured I could just push the bars out of way with my chest as I ran the course. Boy did I find out that doing that was not acceptable :sad. I had thought that running the course was what mattered, not jumping the course. But I guess there is a reason it is called "Jumpers."

Oh, Solo, I thought the same thing. My mom called it the canon ball jump. She did not like it at all! :dk
We had our class this morning with Lo and she worked my little butt off. My mom thinks I may be finally learning.
She says that we should have been going to her since I was months old.

Gee, Gemma, I'm flattered. Uhm, just how "wild" are you :wnk.

But we need to break the news to Andy Boy that Rosey is ANCIENT. She is 9  ! I don't think he would be interested in someone that old.

We get to go do agility on Saturday. And then we'll go do some tracking practice on Sunday.

Hi Gemma!

My mom decided to pick her battles and that the start line is not what bothers her as much as my bar dropping. She is working on getting into better shape so that she can run as fast as I do. Let her dream, I say! :gig

If you want to see our ugly runs they are in our Youtube channel:
http://www.youtube.com/user/Smartcort

Hopefully you'll get to run soon!
