I wouldn't use a spray on her. The rescue or their vet should be able recommend or offer something.

Please check this thread for natural flea and tick shampoos

I would give her a bath and depending on how long her hair is, possibly give her a shorter cut while she gets rid of the parasites.

All it needs is a bath using Brazilian shampoo at Walgreen or Dr. Bonner peppermint soap found at Trader Joe's.
Hurry before your house gets over run with fleas.. It's been tested my me.

Outside there is one big problem where you live. It's not a fast cure call a exterminator. Slow kill is beneficial nematodes spraying very safe and need to keep damp for a while as they get washed to the ground level. This should kill most crawling insects.

Now for the house is there a safe spray don't know but one can use BORAX DETERGENT. or DE EARTH everywhere this takes several weeks. Read about how to use. Carpet or sofa wood floors I wouldn't use anything except spray.

Good luck
Joe
