"One" grape is unlikely to cause any ill effects, but just to be safe you might want to phone your vet in the morning.

Don't worry - one grape will NOT hurt your dog.

According to the Merck Veterinary Manual, the estimated toxic dose of grapes is 32 grams of grapes per kilogram of body weight (0.5 ounces per pound) and for raisins it is 11-30 g/kg (0.18 to 0.48 oz/lb). So for a 25 pound dog, it would have to eat over 12 ounces of grapes (that's 3/4 of a pound of grapes!).

Years ago we always gave our dogs grapes-this was before the internet and before we knew they were toxic, I cringe at that memory now. They loved them. I really would not worry too much about one grape after how many grapes my dogs ate with no ill effects.

Once in a while, I still give my dogs a grape. I certainly don't worry if 1 or 2 fall to the floor.

OTOH, I've also had to induce vomiting when Teddy ate a 2lb bag of grapes he snatched off the counter. :bang btw, if you ever have to do this, poison control recommended weighing the vomit to ensure that he hadn't digested too much of them. Yup, that was a fun day!!!
