I have myself given up on tooth paste, January will be two years. I have other people doing the same thing. I can't explain the difference inside the mouth, it feels so youthful. So I started brushing Oliver's teeth the last two weeks with coconut oil there's no more need to apply the organic apple cider vinegar to his lip folds anymore. His breath is very neutral no hint of bad breath. If you live in cold weather area don't put the waste into your sink. I can tell you the mouth PH is a 7 and really great could help to prevent colds.

What Is pH of Saliva? http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&ved=0CCQQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.livestrong.com%2Farticle%2F192281-what-is-ph-of-saliva%2F&ei=q7tBVPjQFo-sogSpsYHIBg&usg=AFQjCNF4DufgzkJ9MsPKFf3dDuECmBlL5w&bvm=bv.77880786,d.cGU&cad=rja

A Dollar store standard tooth brush. Try to keep the EXTRA VIRGIN COLD PRESS oil cool as it turns into a oil around 75 to 80'. The only way to keep all mouths healthy.
