I just used it on Oliver's lip fold and whole body.

Unfortunately because of the live ingredients and coconut oil, the oil will solidify under 76 degrees so it is just a matter of keeping it in a cool dry place. You could also refrigerate it. There is expansion and contraction in varied temperatures and humidities. But the products do the job well and just take a little getting used to. It takes live ingredients to fight live bacteria, viruses and parasites. I will send you a new one and please remember this is all to help the animals with proceeds going to support rescues.
