Hello All, long time no post, I know. I am currently a Vet Tech and I have an owner with a young adult female cocker spaniel who is in need of immediate rescue. Here is a little bit about her situation:
-Overweight
-Spayed
-Current on all vaccines
-CATARACT on LEFT EYE that may be glaucoma and is in need of seeing a opthamologist. Other eye seems to be heading in the same direction but Doctor believes medication and proper treatment may save it.
-Chronic ear infections that can be HOPEFULLY cured with proper attention.
Owner's are aware that I am posting this. Mom is getting brain surgery and her two daughters are unable to afford and do not have time to take care of her. PLEASE contact me if you have any ideas of how I can help her (Cocker Rescues) or if anyone on this website is interested themselves in adopting her! I would be completely willing to foster her temporarily. She is a love bug and was completely compliant with me while I was cleaning her ears and loving on her:) I tend to have a little preference for cockers...
