Bruno is a very sweet and loving boy who needs a new home. He has a rather sad story in that he was found on a logging road up around Mist a couple of years back and landed in a shelter. Someone adopted him and apparently they must have given him the run of their farm or something. 2 1/2 years later they relinquished him to the shelter because he was chasing cats, cattle, chickens and goats. I'm thinking maybe he was given too much opportunity. But he probably shouldn't go to a home with cats. He gets along great with other dogs and warms right up to everyone he meets. He seems very healthy - has a slight case of conjunctivitis, probably from being outside too much. He is at the Clatsop County Animal Shelter in Warrenton, Oregon. If anyone in our area reads this and is interested, give me a call and I'll give you the shelter information. They are only open to visitors Tuesday thru Saturday from Noon to 4:00, and they don't have voice mail. So you need to call during shlelter hours or else go there during shelter hours. I just loved this sweet boy and think he will make someone a wonderful companion. Oh, and he knows sit, down, roll over, and shake with both paws. So he is smart and would probably make a great obedience dog.
