The Charleston Animal Society is overcrowded and instead of putting down healthy dogs and cats, all adult dogs and cats are FREE this weekend. If someone is not sure about adopting, they are encouraged to foster for one month to be sure the pet is the right fit for them. Who could ask for me? The CAS also offers obedience and training classes for first time owners. The shelter just added a free bag of food for each adoption. What else could be better?
