Just a small prayer My hubby's old Boss just passed away she has been battling brain tumours off and on for the last 15 years, Merrie was one of the kindest women I have ever had the fortune of meeting, She passed peacefully with her family by her side and her newborn granddaughter (dec 7) January 12 2011 at the age of 50. My husband was pretty broken up when he found out yesturday, they treated him like family and I know he felt the same about them.
Prayers for Merrie and her family/friends, for peace and acceptance.

Sorry for the loss. Prayers for Merrie and her family.

It is so nice your husband had an employer with whom he had this type of relationship. I will keep him in my thoughts as well.

Prayers for her friends and family as well as for your husband. I had the sad experience of having a dear coworker died of lung cancer back in Sept and I kept vigilant during her last 2 months of life going daily to the hospital to take care of her. As well as your husband's boss she also got to see her first grandchild born just few weeks before she died. Is a real heavy load both mentally and on the heart when this things happen. We cannot try to analyze too much why good people has to died. My mother also died of a brain tumor and she was a wonderful person that took great care of her health but we dont get to decide how things are going to turn. My prayers for you all for comfort, peace, acceptance and the ability to keep going.
