Hello Everyone!

My cousin, Jimsharon, and his girlfriend, Cassie, just got a cute little foster puppy. Cassie found Lucy while visiting a client in Beaumont. She came out into a big intersection in a pretty bad neighborhood. They are getting her fattened up and will be putting her up for adoption soon! She is by far the calmest, most laid back puppy. Cassie promised to update her pics periodically to see her progress! Help me find little Lucy girl a home. We aren't sure her age or breed - but she's definitely a puppy. Cassie thinks she's some sort of Hound x Pitt Bull mix.

Cassie tells me that Lucy is so sweet and calm, you can even paint her nails! This picture was taken today.

I think she is adorable and those nails!! What a beauty.

Update on Lucy : They just got back from the vet, because Cassie thought she had parvo; thank goodness she doesn't! But, she does have parasites and was extremely anemic and dehydrated. We're hoping things will get better from here. Also, Lucy is in love with their house cat, Cricket.

I'm not surprised by the vet's findings. I wondered about worms. How old does the vet think she is? She looks quite young to me, under a year

She's doing a lot better! Last time I talked to my cousin, Cassie, she said because she spent quite a bit on saving her life and loving her, she's not sure she can give her up yet. We'll see.

I agree, Lucy does not look like the same dog. I love the picture of her riding in the car- she looks so proud to be sitting in the front seat and looking out the window.

Wow, I'm glad I never saw those first pics until now - what a poor skinny little scrap she was! But how wonderful she looks like, so calm and trusting, and a much better weight! I'm wondering spaniel x terrier? I think she is home too!

I hope Lucy is in her forever home now! I wonder if she stayed there?! So glad they were able to save her. She is such a sweet little thing isnt she? Any updates?

She is still with my cousins family and doing well! They're taking obedience classes and Lucy is getting so big! Lucy hurt her leg somehow or another around December 16th (I can't remember how exactly, its been a while since I spoke to Cassie) but she's doing better now and her leg is in a wrap.
