I'm sorry that we didn't get Oliver's traditional Passover photo taken this year. My Dad had a very risky, complicated surgery today ... it will be touch and go for the next several days as he will remain in the ICU sedated and vented. (If anyone has a few prayers to spare ... we are certainly open to them and grateful for them.)

Anyway, we didn't want the day to go by without wishing our Jewish friends a Happy Passover. Maybe it's being a grandma, but this take on the tune that runs through our waking and sleeping moments totally cracked me up. Hope you enjoy.

Thanks Debbie! I'm heading back to the hospital as soon as Oliver's sitter is here. Prayers are so appreciated ... this is like a bad dream; we lost Chip's Dad less than two months ago, so it's doubly hard being in another ICU so soon. It's amazing the strength you find when it's needed.

Our thoughts are with you and your family. I hope that you have good news soon and that your father recovers quickly.

Cindy, I'm just seeing your post and join with the others in praying for your father's health issues and complete recovery. It's so hard when a beloved father is not well. I lost my father just about 35 years ago, hardest thing I've ever had to deal with. I hope and pray that your father is improving. AND, I loved your Passover song! I'd never heard that before; very scriptural and most excellent!

Hugs to you and to Oliver,
Gail :paw :hp :paw
